Hi,i am 14 and i need a help...
how much protein must i take?2 or 2.5 is it better to take for each kg?(1.77,62 kg)
also,does it matter if a day take less protein,but more carbs?also if i take more proteins but less carbs?( my mum cook)..it is matter lone time the month
also,does it matter if i take one day more calories than a another day?
i have notice that in my regular callories for take kg,i dont take so i increase the calories..i do well?

thanks my friend...i am from Greece....
2.2 grammar are the whole protein or only from animal protein(chicken etc)?
also,i have notice that i could not increase my weight,so i increase the calories i take each day..is it good?
when i increase my weight,i must increase and my calories?(because i must take 2.2 grammar protein each day)?for example wheni take one kilogramm more i will increase 2 gramm protein?

If you do weight lifting, you must have protein daily. When you lift weight, your muscle have micro wear and tear in muscle tissue, so to make recovery from it, body need protein. So no matter what age you are you should have protein in your diet. 2.2 gram/bdyweight is right and divide it with every meal of day.
