To be honest, this only demotives me if you truly are natural lol... At the end of next month I'm exactly 6 months lifting my ass off 4 and sometimes 5 days a week +2 hours a day, when I don't even have half your gains.
I do have nice gains in weight (like, when I started I lifted half or maybe a quarter of what I lift now), but not much visible physical gains.
I am not saying you're on juice or whatever though.
Them gains really are f***ing amazing for 6 months and natural!

Dude seriously awesome transformation. Can't wait to see you cut again. Do you find it hard to make cals and eat super clean at the same time?
For health reasons I have to be lactose and dairy free and then I have to watch my fat intake due to gallstones(was trying to get most of my cals from nuts). But as I'm a college student with a limited budget I often have to make decisions, if I want organic produce then I can't get grass fed meat etc etc. And nothing in the volume I need to put on respectable size.
Either way your posts are inspiring as fuhh I hope all the haters don't de-motivate you to post.
Thanks for taking the time to read!

Great progress! You definitely gained some muscle mass in the first 3 months of cut which makes you living proof that its possible to burn fat and gain muscle mass simultaneously.
I think you work your abs too much especially the sides, which gives you appearance of big love handles (muscular not fat). You dont want to have muscle everywhere, and should be aiming for smallest waist as possible.
Also, you consume WAY too much supplements in my opinion, which could take a hit on your health later on. You teach your body to absorb all of these substances from chemical powders, and when you finally stop taking them, your body will be unable to absorb these substances naturally from food and you will most likely lose your progress, muscle mass and health.

Due to doing a show in Nov I decided to maintain my 10%+ BF and keep trying to gain as much lean mass as possible, so sadly, my 2 year shot ( May 21st, 2014 ) in all shredded zone which I was planning to do won't be done ( Till Nov lol! ) But I did take a Frank Zane pose pic after doing legs, so zero upper body pump! You can follow me on IG also @vtahma if you like! I will respond to all above posts/messages later, busy day today! Just wanted to post my 2 years shot! I still can't believe two years ago I started this journey and where I am today. Everyday when I wake up and see myself I am amazed at what the human body is capable of achieving, if you put time and effort into it. Have not skipped a single gym day in the last 24 months, and not planning to as long as I am healthy enough to workout and improve my body. Being 100% natural ( regardless of the funny posts saying otherwise on here ) diet, hard work and sacrifice pay off.
No filter pic/no pump pic. Just a ZANE POSE who I look up to and achieve to look like in the future.
Current stats: 190lbs @ 10% to 13% BF ( to calculate exact bf end of month )
No giving up, no turning back, no excuses.
Happy Saturday ( follow me @v.tahma on ig )

Can I please have body measurements bro, chest/arms/waist etc.
I'm currently 6 ft 1 and same build as you currently sitting on 14% bodyfat 204lbs mainly in abdomen and chest area. Looking at cutting to 190 this summer. At 8% body fat. This will motivate me and be good to compare estimates following my cut. Cheers dude1 Paragraph SiG Crew

A final update. I can't believe it's been 2.5 years since I made this post. I have been gone for a while but it's due to deciding to compete for the first time ever after first stepping foot in the gym 2.5 years ago. I won my show, got first in my class ( Class C ) and won Overall Champion for men's physique out of 101 guys in just my division alone. The show was large, 400+ athletes and it was amazing! I move on to the next level now, and continue my journey to becoming an IFBB Pro! I hope this thread inspires many of you starting out. Regardless of all the negative talk I heard or got during my journey ( which is just starting in my opinion ) I kept true, focused on my goals and kept on the grind. Here's the final progress shot:
Cheers guys and girls!
