Hey all,
Just wanted to share my personal results with you all, maybe inspire some new guys who are where I was on day 1. My final target goal is 190 to 195 @ 5% bf. But this to me is not a race, even tho my results have been very extreme due to long hours at the gym with a 150% spot on diet. I even made a spreadsheet for myself to calculate all my food intake per meal and total overall.
I look forward to the future and hope I can achieve my goal in 2 years. Maybe sooner if I can keep dem extreme results going lol...
Total time at the gym as of today is close to 8 months. Pics taken day 1 and then 6 months during slow bulk.
Hope this motivates some of you!

Dude... You natty? I've basically got a TAD (and I'm talking a really small tad) bit more ''shape'' than you do in your first pic right now (only been working out for a few weeks, I'm a n00b) but your third pic is what I'm aiming for in like 1-2 years or something if I do my **** 100% strictly... O_o You did that in 6 months? Jesus...

Hey bros,
First I want to tell all those who always assume good results and hard work results must mean cell tech or other bs, you need to stop assuming. I am 100%
Natural. No bs. But you will believe what you want, but to me its a huge boost to my motivation that my results are so good you think I can get it by cell tech.
My results are 100% on a solid strict diet and a lot, A LOT, of hard work and dedication. Never skipping gym, no matter what, even on Xmas morning I found a gym that was open and paid to do my workout so I don't mess up my flow.
The only things I take are whey protein, creatine mono , arginine, beta ala, sometimes N.O explode but not always.
I will share my views on diet and a lot of the bro science I ignored when I began working out , never stepping foot in a gym before back 8 months ago.
I am at work all day then home and gym for 2.5 hrs so I have limited time and able to post mostly at nights.
Those starting out, don't let these guys claiming I'm not natural deter you from doing as I did, I was like you day 1 and I did it, you can too, and again I am 100% natural.
