I didn't even try. I knew my diet was going to be on full beast mode last night lol and considering I was expecting to go over my calories by alot more, but I only went over by 370 or so

Went through some clothes today and was not only able to pull up a pair of pants I haven't been able to wear in over 4 years, but I FASTENED THEM and didn't feel like I was losing circulation!!! They're 7/8's and this time last year I was barely able to get into a 14!!!

Im giving up 25 bucks an hour to go active Army.

Was told I couldn't join because of something in my past.

Was cleared and told to cut to 220lbs and i'll be waived to go in.

Can't wait.

I enjoy the profession but most of the times not the Job I'm getting tired of working 70hrs a week
then again when i had the 40hr a week job i quit after 3 months because i was bored lol

I had an absolutely amazing day today!!! Most amazing interview of my life I also won a camera that the program was raffling out, and my man gave me fudge brownie nut ice cream because I deserved it haha GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

Lulz! I don't look at other people enough to know if they're looking at me, but even when I went to a women's gym there were times I'd think... the view from behind me must be interesting about now.

Yesterday was a pretty happy day for me; the man and I went and helped out with Habitat for Humanity before he had to go to work. Working with that group is always rewarding, but particularly this group - everyone "in charge" was super helpful and friendly, and watched closely to make sure things were being done right.

Also had a really great shoulder workout - first time ever that I have been able to do lateral raises where my shoulders didn't pop and hurt the whole time! Plus I am actually starting to see muscle definition in my arms, I think seeing that for the first time makes everyone happy.

would be cool to land a gig like chef ramsey, no? where you go to struggling restaurants, and instruct them on how to improve their menus, help them become better chefs, etc... that'd be cool, i think.

I have a happy story, I guess. Went to church today and the pastor told a story about how this couple at local hospital had a baby, and the baby was dying. Someone who knew them, asked the pastor to come and visit this couple, and he did. He asked the couple if they wanted their baby baptized. They said yes. The baby died, but then, a few weeks later, the couple ended up contacting the pastor and asked how they could look into the faith more. They were so moved that this pastor who didn't know them at all, would come to them in their baby's final hours, like he did. I thought that was a heartwarming story. Something somewhat positive came out of such a tragic event.

On another note, had a great squats session yesterday, even tho I'm sore today.

I have done consulting a few times , yeah it's pretty cool I like doing that but you have to live in a big city to have enough work
but if i have the chance I will do it, matter of fact I have 2 jobs lined up and I won't be taking one of the 2 bu I will probably be consulting the owners for next season
