My happy: managed to eat delicous food yesterday and NOT sabotage my diet. Win
I didn't even try. I knew my diet was going to be on full beast mode last night lol and considering I was expecting to go over my calories by alot more, but I only went over by 370 or so

Went through some clothes today and was not only able to pull up a pair of pants I haven't been able to wear in over 4 years, but I FASTENED THEM and didn't feel like I was losing circulation!!! They're 7/8's and this time last year I was barely able to get into a 14!!!

Random gym trainer whom I've never met stopped by between sets to tell me my deadlift form was spectacular. And then, even better, he just moved on and didn't try to interfere with my workout and let me get back to work. Made me feel pretty good.

no I havent missed work at all but I missed the income that comes with it
I enjoy the profession but most of the times not the Job I'm getting tired of working 70hrs a week
then again when i had the 40hr a week job i quit after 3 months because i was bored lol

No... seriously... a dude looked at me in the gym!!!! And then he gave his friend a retarded look and smile about it (I was doing good mornings... jug city)!! I left the gym and did a happy dance!!
I had an absolutely amazing day today!!! Most amazing interview of my life I also won a camera that the program was raffling out, and my man gave me fudge brownie nut ice cream because I deserved it haha GREAT DAY!!!!!!!
