Checked out the website, very nice...this is stim-free correct? This looks like a great formulation and has nixed out any ingredients that cause G.I. issues and sides...I will be picking this up.

Up for sale somewhere else for 39.99 although at suggested dosing that means a bottle only lasts 2 weeks which might dissuade a lot of casual buyers who don't understand the quality of ingredients when compared to other fat burners which are typically in the $30-40 range for a full months worth. I for one will be giving this a go

There's no actual min. but if your "meal" is a protein shake or 5 egg whites you're (partially) wasting your dose.

Like THEHUGE said, no minimum, but for me 50 grams seemed to be optimal as I go hypo pretty easily.
