i got the idea from caveman keto, with his minute muffins. i did not have anymore flaxseed meal. all i had was a bag of walnuts and a food processor. i looked at the back of the package and saw 4g carbs and 2g fiber, so i was like whats the worst that can happen.
turned out ****ing delicious now i eat it with everything...
1/4 cup of walnuts ( chopped n grounded)
1 egg
1 tbsp baking powder
2 1/2 tbsp of stevia or splenda
2tbs of butter ( preferrably unsalted )
1tsp of cinnamon
mix dry ingredients then wet, combine them.
QUICK WAY - microwave for 1 minute
being that this is only 1 serving id do the quick way
Long Way - idk... lol havent done it maybe oven 350 for 30 minutes
