hit day 90 of being back in the gym, my shoulders are building fast but i feel like my traps are lagging way behind and the shoulders just further detract from them? do the traps look underdeveloped given my build thusfar and how can i go about beefing them up? already incorporating shrugs and highpulls...thx.
