All the time in the gym I see guys with a nice sharp look to the lateral head of their triceps. How can I work on that? Should it show up even if I have a bit of body fat? Or is it all about cutting down to see the definition? I can see definition in the rest of my biceps, I just don't get that ice-pick, sharp look.
