    13-14% bodyfat

Hey guys I need some help. I'm currently at 13.4% bodyfat and I am trying to get to around 9-10% bodyfat. I need some advice on nutrition. My workout are all high intensity so I don't think I need help with that. I have a picture in my profile of me if you need to see how I look. Much love! And again, workout and nutrition advice will help a lot!

Count Calories, Macros. And try to eat slow digested carbohydrates. For Example Oatmeal.
    Avoid Suggar.
If nothing still happens then add in some cardio to burn some more calories and to increase you metabolism.

(My English sucks, hope you still get what i mean)

Read the stickies in the nutrition section.

Just eat 500 calories under your maintenance.

You don't need a high intensity workout when cutting

Maintaining muscle is much much easier than gaining muscle
