Does Circuit training work for fat loss?

hi everyone, I just wanted to know if Circuit training worked for anyone here to achieve fat loss? And if so, what did they do? I want to shed my fat to show the hard earned muscles I have.

    thanks you

I'm also planning on running a lot more often.

    well, more like jogging/walking lol

    not sure

i'm not sure if it helps you lose more fat but i know it mixes things up and keeps you from getting boerd of doing the same type of cardio all the time

I wouldn't rely soley on circuit training, because you might comprimise strength gains. Mix it up. Do your split and add 1 or 2 days of circuits.
