    Should u cycle creatine after 4 months of creatine??

    And can u cut with creatine?

    There is no need to cycle creatine at all. Just stick to 3-5g a day.
    If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.

    I think you could take 5 grams a day forever or if you want you can take a few breaks a year. I honestly think you would get the same results. Maybe take it for 8-10 weeks then take a couple weeks off. Or take it for 3 months with 1 month off. The creatine will stay in for awhile but heck its so cheap now that its not that big of a deal to just take 5 grams everyday. So do what you want.
