    New to this

    Hi everyone

New to the site, first time signed up to any fitness site

Currently doing various things to get some muscle, some advice would be much appreciated. I am 5'9, 175 lbs and have not been smoking for 55 days

I cycle 5/6 days a week for an hour, have been since August last year, so far my legs and thighs I am very happy with

Since December I started doing other exercises and recently at the beginning of the year I got some weights, barbell and dumbells

So this is what I do:

    Cycle 5/6 days a week
Monday, Wednesday and Friday i do the following

5 Sets of 20 Crossarm crunches, Pushups, Leg extensions
5 Sets of 20 Dumbell crunches, Side Laterals, Front Laterals
5 Sets of 12 Barbell Curls, Rear Squats, Rear Military Presses, Deadlifts, Close Upright Rows, Wide Upright Rows

Currently only at 6kg each for the dumbell and 20kg for the barbell

I dont have a bench or a lot of space

What can I add to this without getting any extra equipment? Is this a decent routine?

    Thanks, any help appreciated

It's a start, but to progress, you're going to need to either obtain some basic equipment or join a gym.

You're limited without a bench or power rack, but to add some chest work, try Floor Presses. Leg work can be expanded with Lunges, Split and/or Goblet Squats, and Step-Ups (if you can find a sturdy box).

Examples of any of these with which you're unfamiliar can be found either here: http://exrx.net/Exercise.html or on youtube.
