    Protein Pro Complex

I am 5'10 and my weight is 240lbs. My doctor says I should weigh 190lbs
So this means I should lose 50 lbs.
I have started working out using just some 10 pound Dumbbells. Doing High reps basically cardio.
I have been doing push ups on an incline cause they are easier than flat ones for me at the moment.
I have basically just been working out off of my own weight.
I want to lose the weight before I try getting big.
Just trying to tone at the moment which I know will probably take till next summer with extreme discipline.

I basically just eat Yogurt with granola, sautéed mushrooms, onions and peppers with plain chicken, Tuna and salad, and egg whites basically everyday.
    Multi vitamin and just water.
    All day everyday.

I am not on any medications, but my doctor recommended I take fish oil pills for cholesterol.

My question is can I use Pro Complex Protein with my current routine. I don't know if it will make me gain fat or help me retain muscle as I diet.

While I diet I want to hold on to my muscle and burn the fat.

So am I asking you guys am I headed in the right direction or not.

    Any suggestions.

    Thank you in advance.

yes, Pro Complex is a protein you could use to achieve your goals whether your goal is losing body fat or adding lean muscle

what's more important than which protein you choose is whether your diet as a whole fits your goal...that will determine whether you gain or lose fat, not Pro Complex

again, great protein product, but not going to be solely responsible for your success or failure
