Hey guys, I have a bad flu atm, since saturday, really bad headache, my body feels weak, nose is blocked, coughing makes my head hurt bad and sometimes i get really hot then suddenly im freezing cold. I hate staying out the gym, i took yesterday off coz i was terrible and today i feel alil better but still weak. Is it wise for me to hit the gym? i just have this massive fear that im gonna lose everything i worked for. Im cutting atm aswell and im keeping to my diet.

No, you won't work out efficiently and you'll get others sick unless you work out home
*not gonna make it crew*
*cellphone is a $200 alarm clock crew*
*pretending to text but actually using calculator crew*
*hold my own hand to see what it feels like crew*
*tmobile worker laughed at me because only had one number for 5-friends/family list plan crew*
*paint my own nails to fap so it looks like girl is giving me handjob crew*

Good rule of thumb is if you're sick below the neck DON'T workout. If it's just a stuffy nose or a sore throat, technically you can but I still wouldn't recommend it. It's extremely inconsiderate to go to a a gym and spread your infection around. Even if you wipe stuff down you're still potentially spreading the virus and not even aware of it. A cough or a sneeze can send a virus up to 15 feet away from you and it's difficult to keep track of everything you touch or breathe on. Just stay home and don't be a dick.

Stay out of the gym or else you will regret it. I thought I could muscle through a slight cold last month. Hit the gym did some heavy lifting and ended up with a full blown flue for a month straight. Plus you're not going to be in top condition so you'll only end up being disappointed by your lifts. I'm a powerlifter and strength goes down much faster than muscle mass. Taking 2 weeks off made my lifts go down 20lbs. It's a whole lot better than having to take a full month off because you were too stubborn to stop lifting.
Bodybuilding like powerlifting is a marathon not a sprint. If all you're worried about is today you'll totally ruin your body and miss out on tomorrow.
