I just found out i have done my ACL (3rd now...) No cartilage damage though.
Is it recommended to avoid these exercises?

No offense to anyone on here, but I wouldn't be taking advice on something like that from people on this forum. Get checked out by a sports physician, physical therapist, etc. They can address your personal needs a lot better.
