So Ive lost a total of four lbs and am at 251 after 21 days. Not good.
I do a workout circuit that burns 900-1200 calories 3 times
Im using my fitness pal and heres my typical day, sub a protein or kale for brocolli etc.

Trader Joe's - Ripe Medium Green Olives, 10 olives 50 2 5 0
Wendy's - 1/2lb Double Cheeseburger- No Bun, Ketchup, Onion, Mayo, Tomato's or Pickles, 2 Patties 520 2 38 43

Dinner
Generic - Chicken Wing Drummette (Roasted, Broiled, or Baked With Skin Eaten), 10 drummette 550 0 36 51

Please help I have 3 or 4 scotch and waters a few times a week. Is that whats killing me? otherwise how do macros look.

mirror looks good, Im in 36 pants and at 250ish thats awesome, thats why I cant believe I only lost 4 lbs. I just wanna get that woosh I keep reading about. maybe cutting out ****ty cheese and protein(McD) or more fat or coconut oil. Im all in on this. If I could keep loosing 4 lbs a months x 12months would be killer and put me at 200. Is the Boooze killing me? Im just out to get better results
