    Still only minimal loss - day 21, kinda at a loss

    So Ive lost a total of four lbs and am at 251 after 21 days. Not good.

    I do a workout circuit that burns 900-1200 calories 3 times

    Im using my fitness pal and heres my typical day, sub a protein or kale for brocolli etc.

    Breakfast C Calories Carbs Fat Protein
    Eggs - Fried (whole egg), 4 large 370 2 28 25
    Pork - Cured, bacon, cooked, pan-fried, 4 slice cooked 168 0 13 12
    Rooster Brand - Sambal Oelek Paste of Chili, 1 tbsp 5 1 0 0
    Add Food Quick Tools 543 3 41 37

    Lunch
    Trader Joe's - Mache Lettuce, 85 g 20 4 0 2
    Trader Joe's - Ripe Medium Green Olives, 10 olives 50 2 5 0
    Wendy's - 1/2lb Double Cheeseburger- No Bun, Ketchup, Onion, Mayo, Tomato's or Pickles, 2 Patties 520 2 38 43
    Add Food Quick Tools 590 8 43 45

    Dinner
    Generic - Chicken Wing Drummette (Roasted, Broiled, or Baked With Skin Eaten), 10 drummette 550 0 36 51

    Please help I have 3 or 4 scotch and waters a few times a week. Is that whats killing me? otherwise how do macros look.

    mirror looks good, Im in 36 pants and at 250ish thats awesome, thats why I cant believe I only lost 4 lbs. I just wanna get that woosh I keep reading about. maybe cutting out ****ty cheese and protein(McD) or more fat or coconut oil. Im all in on this. If I could keep loosing 4 lbs a months x 12months would be killer and put me at 200. Is the Boooze killing me? Im just out to get better results

    how low 1600 is pretty frickin low for a 250 lb dude...1500, 1400???

    Too much protein, not enough fat. Also, skip breakfast and eat 2 larger meals later on. Get about 16 hours of fasting in. Like 9pm to noon. Drop cals a smidge like 1500.
    oh and I do intermittent fasting while on keto so nothing I say matters.
