I have been looking into adapting a new sleep schedule because it would give me more time and make college a lot easier. I have read many great reviews about polyphasic, however, I have failed to find anything negative about it. Though, none (except for one) of the reviews/blogs talk about how it affects them working out, if they even do. The one blog was by a guy who runs marathons and he said that it didn't affect him at all and that when he went to the doctor all of his tests went well and everything was in the normal range. So, my question is will switching to a polyphasic sleep schedule affect my ability to build muscle?
