    BF estimations on 1yr progress

    In the last year I have lost about 108lbs just trying to judge my progress so far see if I can ball park my BF%

    Wow great job on the weight loss! Looking big. I'd say bf about 15% but could be lower because the skin is still a bit loose.

    Thks just trying to gauge the skin tightening up will take some time as I have read around just focusing on maintenance and maybe a small lean gaining phase for a bit see how that goes slowly.
