Started at around 182lb, I'm at around 175lb now and was planning on carrying on dropping weight until I reach around 168lb
No real reason for these choices, they were just arbitrary targets.
Should I carry on cutting or start bulking?

Thanks for your input.
I've worked out my macros/calories intake for "lean massing" with the IF calculator and plan on switching my diet asap.
Don't think this really merits a new thread so I'll ask here:
Aside from multivitamins/protein shakes, would any supplements really benefit my progress?
