Quoting because this girl looks nearly identical to my girlfriend (sorry no spoon pics, but just trust me). Sent it to my girlfriend and she said "Oh my. Freaky."
the summery-ness of this pic arouses me most.
dear diary edit: anyone ever take an extended time off from lifting? I'm talking like a year or more. It's been a little over a year since I was serious in the gym and went from going to the gym a minimum of 6 hours a week to not lifting or exercising at all and eating like complete chit.
Holy fuk I feel like I've aged 10 years in this one year. I feel fatigued all the time, my back hurts, my joints ache, I feel like a damn old man. If I didn't know why I feel this way I'd think I have some chronic disease going on dragging me down.
I need to get my **** back together and get back to where I was. I just randomly realized this today. This feel, anyone know it?
new to this thread but being in my early 20's and from Alabama this is right up my alley.
I've got a question for you guys. I've never been much of a watch wearer but I'm wanting a nice leather strapped watch for spring/summer. Got any suggestions?

I don't know this feel. I just did a whole body workout last night in ~1 hour. I'm a stallion.
Srs as hell.

Extremely nervous about ordering online. I have a very hard time finding things that even remotely fit. I know I will need to tailor anything but the idea makes me nervous. Any options other than indochino?
Check out suit supply if theres one near you.

Ya I took a year off, I got up to 200lbs. None of my clothes fit me after that, especially pants since I went from a waist of 34 to 30

I haven't consistently lifted since Hurricane Sandy ass raped my gym. I have been kettle-belling and I look identical though.

I know this feel. When I was always active, no matter how sore I was from a killer workout, I always had plenty of energy even after.
My point was I'm just now realizing how much of an effect being sedentary has had on me. I feel like a different person. You don't realize the difference until you're at a different point in life.
Like I said, I did a complete 180. Went from lifting 4-5 days a week to not at all. No physical activity besides walking ~7 miles a day at work, but it doesn't even compare. Is this how all inactive people feel? If I'd have never been in shape I might not know the difference.
what kind of backpack do you guys use for school ?

How did you quit lifting when you post on a bodybuilding forum? Wouldn't seeing the word bodybuilding everywhere make you realize you havent lifted in a year?

I know this feel sooo much. Took a year off lifting during nursing school and felt weak as FUK just doing simple sh*t. get back in the gym bro.

I'm well aware I haven't lifted in a year, already realized lol. I joined in 09 and pretty much lifted religiously from 08-2012. Went from 6'5" 170 senior year of highschool, to 220 sophomore year of college. Senior year of college I kind of drifted away from it; new GF, job hunting, studying for my boards, moving to a new city, it got away from me. I only come here anymore for this thread and a few others I have subbed. I really only used the site for the misc and to be closer to other lifters I guess (no homes.) Most of my IRL friends didn't lift so I found people with similar interests here, but just because I stopped lifting didn't mean I lost interest in the other threads I'm subbed to.
As much as I was in the gym I should have been 250lbs solid, but my diet has always been chit and I liked to party way too much in college.
I'm at an odd point in my life right now and once I settle down a bit I'll be back into it. Hoping for newb gains all over trololol.
Greek, did you say you did a Tough Mudder? Looking to register for one here in Sept and interested to hear your experience.
didn't do tough mudder but did spartan race and its fun as FUARK, want to do tough mudder soon since its a 10k, spartan race was only 5k. they make it pretty simple so that plenty of whales and unfit people can finish but its still fun
some of the obstacles were interesting like carrying a 40lb bag up a hill, crawling under barbed wire through mud, climbing a rope and jumping over various height walls. i wore my misc shirt and was surprised i didn't get a single 'aware'
did it with the gf and a few mates and was fun as hell, def recommend doing it as a group

Definitely interested. Tough Mudder is 10 MILES however, not just 10K. Not worried about it, but certainly more intense.

yea I did, 12.6 miles or whatever it was. climbing up mud hills, people stepping on you, crawling thru water with electric wires hitting you, monkey bars (some electrified), mud tunnels (i have scars on my knees.. no homerz), climbing walls, etc. so much damn fun tho, and a lot of hngnnnngg/eye candy in yoga pants. I think it took us like 6 hours
i didnt really train for it lulz probably why i was cramping in the quads at mile 6 and on, but they have a few water/banana stations, plus some electrolyte gummies given out.. my friends laughed at me when i took 6 extra packs, but i laughed at them when i was eating them and they had none

could someone possibly point me in the direction of Kim Jong Un's pants tailor or know of any tailors that are capable of work whose beauty parallels that of Un's?
Always pick 4 knowing that I will be severely disappointed just to click on thread and end up crying in corner of my room Crew
