8 things that are the general consensus that definitely were not before !

Now I know some of you guys have known these things for ages now but the majority of these were not the general consensus not long ago and some will argue that they still aren't. If you agree with any of these, disagree with any of these or have one of your own please feel free !


1) Ronnie Coleman will not make a comeback
2) Dennis Wolf will never win an Olympia title
3)Lee Priest will not make a comeback
4) Phil Heath will not be just another shoe-in for 2nd place like Flex Wheeler, Kevin Levrone and Shawn Ray
5) Intelligent synthol use ( If such a thing exists when considering this may have unseen health consequences ) is widespread, excepted and even looks good.
6) Victor Martinez will never win an Olympia title :-(
7) Zack Khan may never make an impact on the pro circuit IF he can ever get on stage again.
8) Roelly Winklaar is going to have a tough time making top 6 in an Olympia anytime soon if ever.

I disagree with point number 2, A worn out Wolf who had competed all year long beat Roden. Wolf's young and who knows if he can fix his calves he has a good chance.

If this had been written a few years ago it would have made more sense but we all know that Phil has already won the Olympia twice, the first time a clear win but the second all came down to a thin white line.

Point 4 could have been written as

4)Phil has won 2 Olympia titles, he now factually ranks as a better bodybuilder than Kevin Levrone, Flex Wheeler and Sean Ray.

Other than these 2 this is an OK list, it could have been a bit more speculative though.

Dude at my gym (lots of hardcore bodybuilders) uses synthol (and not a lot from what I can tell), and his muscles look o' so "off."

I am open to believing, but i have to see some evidence myself rather than heresay and "its common sense, dewd"

I can't say I've spoken directly to any pros on that matter, however, I'll say this; I personally know multiple NPC competitors (national level, regional level, and local level) that use or have used synthol. There aren't any visible manifestations in these guys, and I certainly wouldn't have known had they not told me.

One would have to think that if all these guys are using it, then why wouldn't the pros? Do people just suddenly stop using synthol when they get to the top? If I had to bet money, I'd say a very large percentage of them use it.

how was wolf worn out if that was the best he looked all year? Rhoden competed much more than him and was the one not at his peak.
