was just a weird day because it's the first finals day but i didn't have any so i've just been studying all day practically not moving out of the chair very much. then my lifting partner couldn't lift before dinner like we usually do so i chose to still lift with him after dinner which i hate doing (probably just because i'm not used to it). and it started pouring while we were lifting so that just put me in a bad mood because i hate the rain lol.
oh well, not a horrible night. ready to try out some heavy singles on squats on sunday

yeah i mean basically the bar speed didn't slow down after the initial pop from the wraps, so that's promising. i just get nervous without spotters with being new in the wraps and what not.
can't decide if i want to deload after this or not. the deload would be starting next week and it'd be my first week back home. i don't think my body really needs it to be honest.

another crazy week.. well glad it's over and i have lots to update on!
cliffs:
got a job in an allergy clinic. i shadow for three days starting next wednesday then i have a week of training in san antonio
job pays $15/hr with a possible $1/hr raise after 90 days
don't even have to pay a premium for the medical insurance.. just copay/deductible
full time, 8-5pm, accrued 2 weeks of vacation
401k and all that jazz
graduated college
senior week consisted of an excessive amount of alcohol and junk food
update:
yet i didn't gain any weight from senior week.. what gives? lol
anyway
today i started IIFYM. calculator spit out 2700 for a cut but i am starting out at 3200 for at least a week to see what my body weight does. 2700 seems awfully low for someone with some decent amount of lean body mass and lifting 4 days a week.
hit my macros spot on today, only off by a gram or two.
so last week was supposed to be my 5/3/1+ week... well senior week and closing down the dorm for the summer and graduation, etc all got in the way of that. so i had an unintentional deload week of absolutely no lifting. so i'm making this week my 5/3/1+ week.

340x1 tie PR and it went more smoothly this time. still slowed down quite a bit about halfway up, but it was faster so i like using the close grip for the past couple of months. gonna stick with it prob
