Hey. Looking for some feedback on my back progress. First pic is from around Mayish of '12 and the second pic is from Jan '13.
Looking for constructive feedback. What I am lacking? What looks good? Still running a full body workout routine three days a week. Appreciate your time.
More definition in second pic, back looks good overall. Maybe need to work a little more on traps/ upper back.
My routine just consists of the main compound lifts. I think my overall strength is getting there, I'll throw some accessory exercises in there for my traps. Appreciate it!
Mostly using only compound movements at the moment, full body workout. But for my back... BB rows and I start every workout session with 3 sets of wide grip pull ups. The pull ups hit the back nicely, feel it directly in my lats.
Looks good but why only back progress pics? Care about your front side at all?
Thanks and absolutely, I care. But when I started to get serious with lifiting, I never took a frontal pic of myself. I regret that now big time. Its a lot easier to judge your gains when you have pics. I took a front side pic a few weeks ago, first time. Ill snap another one in a few months and compare them.

Yup, noticeable improvement, nice cuts. Nothing like a shreaded back. Keep at it though, because if you can clean bulk and add some even more lean muscle mass that back is going to be just beast.
