    bulk or cut ?

    currently bulking as im 168 pounds and want to get to 183 pounds but my belly is getting bigger and bigger and its noticeable now through my t shirt and my girlfriend says im fat.

    im around 20% bodyfat and ideally i want to be 180 pounds and 10% bodyfat.

    dont no whether to keep bulking and then cut or to cut down my bodyfat and then clean bulk.

    any suggestions please

    i can also add pictures if that helps

    You're probably ~16% to ~18% BF and skinny fat. It's not a fun place to be, but your best route to beachability is a clean bulk.

    yeah ill start a clean bulk then i have a bad diet at the minute need to sort it out.

    if i start a clean bulk will i lose a bit of the belly at the same time with water weight and bloat etc >

    might be worth a mini cut for a month, to get the BF in check before a bulk, then start a long lean clean bulk.
