    Help bulking

    So, I'm trying to bulk but I can't get the calories in. Lean meats, fruits, veggies, and whole grain carbs just aren;t very high in calories. So, how do you guys get 3,000 plust calories eating these foods?Should I try a massgainer to get fast quick easy high calories?

    use whole milk, raisins, nut butters, cheese, potatoes.

    That's pretty subjective. It depends on the person and your specific caloric needs. Assuming you are not consuming more than your target and meeting your other requirements, no number is really too much! Eat, lift, sleep! Stop over thinking it.
