    Cutting diet, need some advice

I recently started cutting and I don't want my diet to be so extreme that I lose all the progress I made.
I weigh 212 and my goal is 185.
Workout schedule is weight training 3-4 days a week (day on, day off), cardio everyday for 40 mins (500 cals burned).
Supplements are Syntha-6, Hyper-FX, BCAA and multivitamins.

I've been strict on a diet of:
    Breakfast: 2 scoops syntha-6
Lunch: 2 scoops syntha-6 and 2-3 cups of raw veggies
Snack: nut bar then HyperFX and BCAA
Cardio then weight train depending on the day
    Dinner: 2 scoops syntha-6 and fried fish/chicken/steak

I try and hit around 1750 cal a day, roughly 175g protein, and I would say around 180g of carbs. Are these good numbers for maintaining/building muscle while cutting? Any advice or changes you would make to my diet? First bulk/cut and I want to see some good results!
    Thanks!

1750 cals is extremely low considering you are 212 pounds. That is not healthy. Also, do you consume whole food sources for protein at all?

I would say go to the stickies in the nutrition section find out how many calories you need. Then you said you want to cut with losing little muscle so I suggest that you go 10% below maintenance. It will be a slow cut but you will keep most of your muscle. Then find out how your macros look, macros are protein, carbs and fat. You should reach the amount in which it says everyday good luck!
