As you can tell my BF% is not very high but it's still a bit to high for my liking, I'm about 10-11% but I want to be about 8-9% to really show them abs. Is HIIT training the best way to drop BF% if so on what levels and for what time period?

If you got down to 10% bf, your obviously doing something right, Just keep doing what you're doing. Maybe a slight calorie deficit will help, check your macs and make a slight adjustment if needed.. just to say the least, theres really no need to get under 10% unless your preparing for a show
