    Dropping BF%..

    As you can tell my BF% is not very high but it's still a bit to high for my liking, I'm about 10-11% but I want to be about 8-9% to really show them abs. Is HIIT training the best way to drop BF% if so on what levels and for what time period?

    HIIT is a way of burning calories, the only to drop bf% is to burn more calories than your caloric consumption.

    If you got down to 10% bf, your obviously doing something right, Just keep doing what you're doing. Maybe a slight calorie deficit will help, check your macs and make a slight adjustment if needed.. just to say the least, theres really no need to get under 10% unless your preparing for a show

    Yeah kind of luck, I only started training under a year ago. I've played a hell of a lot of football since I was a kid and my diets always been pretty good before training so that's probably how I've kept the weight/BF down.
