there's a good chance this is just a coincidence. vitaly probably walks the same streets in many of his videos. and that biker dude looks like someone who lives on the streets.

plus, there's hardly any benefit to paying an actor for something like this.

Let me clarify this whole mess for you:

1) His early vids were probably legit.
2) His later vids, he wasn't getting good reactions and started running out of ideas but continued to try them on random people but seldomly getting good reactions to upload to youtube.
3) So he made some fake reactions with actors and mixed it in with the real reactions.

Some are fraud. Some are not.

Yeah, completely logical that he didn't recognize him a second time.

The dude probably live on the street or is chilling all day on the street, first sign that is probably not 100% there. Lot of people that day believed in the possibility of dying ( 21 dec 2012). It happened really fast, vitaly jumped on him, dude is not there, probably had a mini-panic episode, reacted fast.. Don't see the problem here.
