I'm 16 200 ish pounds I'm not fat but thick and I workout out my bicepts once or twice a week but it's not getting toned? I know that going on a diet or more reps will help but it's one piece of chunky area that's covering it. Right above the biceps like the crease to ur armpit that area is flabby a little any adivxe on how to fix it?
