    Question Arm exercises? Need advice

    I'm 16 200 ish pounds I'm not fat but thick and I workout out my bicepts once or twice a week but it's not getting toned? I know that going on a diet or more reps will help but it's one piece of chunky area that's covering it. Right above the biceps like the crease to ur armpit that area is flabby a little any adivxe on how to fix it?

    Only way really is to lose some fat. Seriously, if you have a fat pad between your armpit and bicep you are more than a little overweight.

    Got to watch what you eat, bring the calories down to carve/cut.. Than increase good calories and protein to grow.

    When you're done bulking, you have to start cutting: Run more, do less weight/higher reps, plyometrics are great for cutting. Point is, you have to burn the fat covering those muscles.

    Keep training hard, cut down on carbs and increase protein intake, drink water. It could take time but start now.

    And working out your biceps wont give you big biceps necessarily. It needs to be a balanced program. To get muscular biceps you need to increase all over muscularity.
