Teenager trying to get big. Plz critique my 5 month transformation!
The before pics were around late August where I pretty much was focusing on losing fat, the after pics were from last week. I wasn't really serious about building muscle until October so these are my first before and after pics after about 5 months. I'm also planning to cut around March. Tell me what you guys think. What should I build more of/less of? Should I keep bulking? Body fat%? What should I expect? you guys are awesome!!
