That's such bull****. I can tell you from experience as a 5'9'' 205 lb sub 10 percent natural 23 year old, that women absolutely love the muscle. It's an exclamation point to yourself as a man. Women want a man whether they say it or not. If a guy has muscle it shows he's able to control himself as well as others...including the girl . Girls DROOL over the thought of an alpha guy taking control buddy.

Women don't care for muscles too much because good majority of people doesn't lift enough to have much muscle. But being muscular and lean will always be a plus and give you an advantage over the average person.

It's always insecure ugly forever alones making threads like this in order to try and make themselves feel better. Stop deluding yourself, stop thinking about insignificant bullshiit like this and work your ass off at bettering yourself.

But women srs don't care about a male's physique. There is no standard for attractiveness for a male's physique like there is for a female's. A female can justify any guy's physique as "attractive" it happens all the time. Honestly if you're not 6'0 200 9% BF, you probably dont look like you lift in clothes to the average person. Remember now, the average person thinks they can attain a greg plitt, steve cook, rob riches, etc... physique with a few months of solid training and an IFBB physique with a couple yars of training. So they aren't impressed with the average 20 y/o or so's natty physique and therefore isn't a plus in attractiveness when trying to pick up a girl in a club or cold approach on the street.

Girls care about(in order):

Clothing style
Hair style
Facial hair style
Facial aesthetics


And thats assuming you're of the same social status as said girl. If you have those items, all you need is some game. If you have most of those items you need a lot more game. You're body will never help you pick up chicks, unless you're in HS.

I lift to grow physically, to gain discipline that carries over to other areas of my life, health, and last of all to look good, coz women do care. If you look fit and strong it's a huge plus. If you are also intelligent and funny, ****'s gunna be gushin out dem gates of glory.
