thanks alot man. i started at around 140-145lbs and im maintaining at around 173lbs atm..becoming hard to gain weight with soccer on top of this but soccer is almost over so ill continue to explode soon

Whey protein is the only supp i used. im considering trying creatine monohydrate tho.

just foucs on eating alot of food and tracking ur macros.

dirty bulking isnt good in the long run..alot of people get dissapointed at how much mass they think they put on just because there fat and when they cut they barely look like theyve gained much thats just my opinion.

Yea man idk why my arms wont grow...its really annoying..ill get a back pic tonight. my legs are progressing well to but they are extremely hairy and by extremely i mean worse then gorilla hairy. ill prolly try to shave them down just to get a progress pic with them.
