Question HEELLLP!! :( Need some answers!!

Hi i have a two concerns:

    1) I am a hard worker at the gym, i cant stop like i am addicted going to the gym! i rest once every 2 weeks and i go 2 muscles every day ( Bi, Tri ) is this ok? I get enough sleep everyday like 10 hours a day from 12 till 10. plus my mass gainer has creatine and my pre workout has creatine. soo that gives less time for recovery and i get more sleep.

    2) Sometimes i cant sleep, checking out the reason is because i am over training. can this be the reason? and is the solution more rest or taking it easy on the muscles?

Please tell me what you think! Thank you. (:

so your problem is not being able to sleep?that doesnt' sound like overtraining. Have you taken any medication?

10-12 hours is to much imo, aim for less, about 7-9hours. That might help you get rid of that problem. its just as bad 2 sleep 2 much as not sleeping enough time.

The brain stops recoverying after (x) hours. Which makes the last extra "nice" hours just useless. This is what i've learnd, could be wrong but i trust this
