Right, I need help improving all aspects, i'd say I have a naturally good frame, with potential for big muscle, but not realised. I think I need to change my diet, my workout plan and hit it hard. I have had a go but keep failing, any help would be greatly appreciated

Yeah bro +1 on the compounds. DO deadlifts and squats and bench for sure. Just work hard and eat a ton. try different things and find out what is right for you ! good luck
