I have used a lot of different supplements over the years. So has my husband. I'm against supplements. I know some people like them but every supplement I've been on was pretty dangerous. Actually OxyElite Pro has a substance in it that's been banned by the military and people are no longer allowed to even sell anything with that ingredient in it on any military base because at least two people died during training and toxicology reports showed that substance in their system. They also could find no other cause of death for those soldiers either.
If you aren't being monitored by a professional I'd just not take it. Just because someone has been working out for years and says this or that supplement is good doesn't make them a professional. Coffee is a pick me up. Other than that you just need motivation. The military starves people of any stimulant for months during training. All they get is water and food and they train incredibly hard. A pick me up is all mental, if you want to do it you have to make yourself do it. You don't need a stimulant and you don't need an appetite suppressant. If you are hungry, eat. That's your bodies way of telling you it needs nutrition. If you eat when you are bored, stop. If you are getting hungry all the time, you maybe aren't eating the right foods.
