Currently I am taking 2 scoops of n.o explode in the morning 30 mins before my morning workout, which consists of 45 mins of weights (upper body; then lower body the next day) a hour of cardio and a 20 minute sauna session. I recently ordered some amino x and syntha 6. And I was looking for help stacking all three supplements successfully. As In which to take when and in what order.
