Eat more. And if you don't have your own motivation you're ****ed.

5 more lbs to lose
115 lbs, you just have to eat more
"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds."

You're eighteen, can't eat and can't motivate yourself to run, then bitch about it on a forum?

With three meals a day you can sip on a protein shake between them and a light snack at night. Focus on compound movements and not trying to hit each muscle from multiple angles or many different exercises, there are exceptions.

well if you're not gaining any weight and you're dropping it's probably because you're not eating enough food. you didnt really mention your current diet or calorie intake but i'm assuming it's gotta be pretty low. in order to gain good amounts of lean muscle you have to support your training by consuming a great amount of good CLEAN foods. at least 5-6 meals a day with complex carbs like brown rice, potatoes, and pasta. good protein sources like egg whites, white fish, chicken, turkey, even whey for shakes. you also need healthy fats like natural pb, and all types of nuts. i cant really give you macros because i dont know anything about you so you're gonna have to break it down yourself big man. i usually use my lbm and multiply it by 2 for protein and carbs. so i'll consume 400g of protein daily, and since i carb cycle, my high carb days are 400g as well and then work my way down from there. fats are always a minimum of 50-90g daily.

ok in the morining i eat at school usually an omelet with mushrooms, peppers, spinach, tomatoes, jalapenos, and ham, then after lifting i drink my protein bout 24g then lunch i eat a sandwich with ham, swiss cheese, spinach tomato with some mayo and milk then i get home we try to eat ribs chicken and meats with some veggies and carb and then milk again so im guessing around 1500 or so calories a day.

if ur training and losing weight ur not eating enough... try a pound of pasta after school and up to a gallon of milk a day. (if it gives you digestive problems cut down on the milk). Eat meat every night for dinner, and something before bed.
Make sure you are doing compound excercises in your workout and not isolations
the pound of pasta will give you your daily 1500 calories.... in 1 meal. You should be eating like 2250-2500 if u want to gain weight atleast

Learning to count your calories rather than mega guess work certainly helps. Turns out that was my problem on why I kept gaining XD
