    Help! I need a BF % on my cousin, he'd really like to know. Thanks!

    This is my cousin, he's came a long way since I inspired him to change his lifestyle. He used to be about 265-280lbs and over the past five months he's lost quite a bit of weight. He weighs about 230lbs now. He is 5'10 1/2. Any BF % estimates would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, will rep anyone who gives a good answer.

    28 percent. tell him to keep it up still has a long way to go, never the less good work if he has lost 30 pounds
    bench: 275
    deadlift:385
    squat: 335

    currently bulking till 210 then cutting to 195 8% bf

    Probably about 25-27 percent. Tell him to keep training with weights and eating right and he can be in great shape by summer time!!!

    thanks! I've always told him that he was somewhere around 25-30% but he does have pump in those pictures.
