im following the lyle mcdonald generic upper lower program. If i eat enough do you think this goal is possible?

if you have superman genetics and eat at a 5k surplus getting fat as fuk, then MAYBE. but it's pretty obvious that you don't have superman genetics because most people that do can bench atleast 165x5 before they even start lifting

Depends - do you have long arms and are you a natural puller? It took me over a year to hit a 200 bench but I was deadlifting 350 when I was benching 180... I have ridiculously long arms and I can row more than I can bench. If you are short and stout, you may be able to hit like 185-200 with proper form.

well I gained quite a bit of muscle, but I've been bulking for those 5 months at 4k cals a day, with lots of protein/carbs...
I lift 6days a week for 2-3hrs.
I do cardio nearly every day 20mins.
And lift 6-12reps always.
I went from 35kg Bench press to 105kg Bench press in those 5 months.
And gained 11kg (25lbs) of weight, and went up only 2% BF.
