    planning to deathlifting 600lbs this week

    either tuesday or thursday im attempting 570 and 600 sumo, both would be pr's. planning on taking a 1 month break from deadlifting regardless of the results.

    Not a powerlifter I'm a bodybuilder. I feel if I started doing powerlifting it would divert my attention too much. Only reason I don't record squats is because I rarely ever 1rm with squats because the injury rate is higher. My best on squats is 500x2; I did 405 for 8 a couple weeks ago.

    I'd hate to be on the opposing team in a football game when you're playing. A 550 squat, 365 bench, 563 deadlift...I'd be crushed lol. How long did it take you to get your strength to that level?

    gym lifts dont always translate to football. i have been training properly and seriously for a year and a bit, 1 year before that doing random ****.

    i find low bar hard on my elbows so i dont do it often but try keeping the grip narrow as possible and elbows under the weight keeps the back tight and chest up

    VERY impressive lifts dude... you'll pull 600 for sure. Also gotta compliment you on your physique.. you don't see a lot of people with numbers like you having a nice looking body as well.
