I'm currently benching 155 three sets if ten with my bulk of 4000 cals minimum and my rest and sleeping throughout the rest of this year do u see it possible for me to be pushin 200 by the end of this year? If I'm I'm the wrong thread please guide me to the right one thanku

When i was stuck at around that area, what i did was i would grab 100 pound dumbells and bench them as many times as i could for three sets, wheather it be 3 reps 4 reps or 8 reps, this got me to 225 in around a month, i was stuck at 185 and after i did that my bench jumped to 245, just play around different ideas, and very soon you will be benching over 225, keep bulkin too, and like the other guys above said get on a strenth program, if you want to get strong, lift heavy sh$t!!!!!
