So i cut for the first time and weigh 150 at 5'9. did a 7 point bodyfat test at gym and it said i have 9.1% body fat overall, but around my midsection 17% and chest 12%. Other parts were 10 or lower. As a result i see my abs but very few cuts, maybe top two on one side and outline on another. I dont want to drop my weight much more as i have already lost muscle mass and strength.
Should i cut till about 7% overall and then bulk or do like a 1-2 month lean bulk then cut again?
