    advice below 10% body fat and no 6-pack

    So i cut for the first time and weigh 150 at 5'9. did a 7 point bodyfat test at gym and it said i have 9.1% body fat overall, but around my midsection 17% and chest 12%. Other parts were 10 or lower. As a result i see my abs but very few cuts, maybe top two on one side and outline on another. I dont want to drop my weight much more as i have already lost muscle mass and strength.

    Should i cut till about 7% overall and then bulk or do like a 1-2 month lean bulk then cut again?

    The reason you aren't seeing any abs is because you don't have enough lean body mass. You need to go on a clean bulk.

    Yeah post a pic those gym BF% measures are extremely inaccurate. Also just do what the other guy said and maybe do a clean bulk you are going to do it anyway, sooner the better.

    I would say you are more so around 11-12%, by the puffiness of your chest. Other than that I would suggest continue hitting abs hard 2 times a week.

    This was my score card, it is possible that it was a little inaccurate, since these results tho, i lost 2 more pounds. Not sure how much lighter i can get, weight around 149
