Hey ladies and gentlemen I am tryin to figure out what will give me the best results for a beta-alanine dose. I don't want to over do it, not sure if to much is a terrie idea. I current am taking twin labs creaopure capsules, twin labs whey protein powder, body fortress super test and I just got a good deal on brx force factor. I have used a few differ t pre work out sups. Over theist year and I really am enjoying the force factor, I like it better then jack3d or gnc ravage. Sorry back to the point Im thinkin about stacking my pre work out creatine and brx with supplemental beta alanine but I'm not sure specifically how much beta-alanine I am getting in the force fActor, the jug doesn't seem to list ht you get for mgs of beta alanine in it. From what I have read 5 grams of beta sounds about right per day. Should I just go find some beta-anine and take 5 grams a day?

Force factor lists its proprietary blend creatine mono and beta alanine at 2751.7mg so I'm not sure what specifically that puts the beta alanine content at. Should I get some beta alanine and shoot for 4 or 5 grams a day and call it good? Or a bit less because the content I'm the force factor? I'm Pretty new to supplements so if these are stupid questions apologies.

Between ~3.2-4.5g is most oft-recommended dose, although you can certainly play with higher doses (in the 6g range) to find what you works for you.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but how important is it to spread out the doses? Is it just to minimize tingling or will taking it twice a day actually help with absorption? Thanks.
Oh and is it the same with creatine where you can just take 3.2-4.5g daily at anytime or is there a specific time during the day where it's more effective?
