    gym sign up for me...oooh..!!

i have gone and done it...and signed up at a gym...
wow.. its a far cry from my home freeweights and bench..

how is it best to utilise my time there........is doing full body workouts the best way to fill in the time spent there...or should one still do body part circuits....
i enjoyed my teaching session this morning...and found it a real eye opener..that how one arm is weeker than the other..it was not as notacible at home on the free weights...but using the machines it was

    any advice on gym workouts/proceedures
i feel i now have ramped up my comitment...

To be honest I would think you would notice the difference more with free weights, unless they were hammer strength because of the iso moves
