The first pic was at the beginning of summer, and the second pic is now.
Not much changed in anything but my chest and shoulders maybe, but good chest gains so far I think. Trying to grow my arms out lately really working triceps and biceps

I honestly couldn't even tell you an accurate answer because the past two months is when I've seriously been doing bench, I mainly do a ton of pushups lol
When i started I think i threw two 25lbs on the bar lol not much at all
Now I throw two 45's lbs on there and yea I know its still not too much lolSiC_LoRRainE

yeah it is lol i don't down myself i really just am too lazy to count anything up. My diet is pretty clean lotta carbs and protein but I don't count any calories or anything, and in the gym if something feels lighter i just throw another weight on ahaa I find myself mirin all the time now
