If you fast forward this video to 3:35, Jay is eating 250-300 carbs after his workout, whereas his lifting partner is eating 80-100. Im guessing he's bulking for an upcoming show, like the one at the end of the clip. Here are my questions:
1. How often does Jay do cardio?
2. If im interested in bulking up, should i eat a lot of carbs post workout too?
3. If i were to start doing something similar to this, how often would i have to do cardio to keep the carbs from turning into fat?
Thanks!!

FYI: He advocates the diet that benefits his sponsors, not his real diet, and he does not disclose the actual "supplements" that he uses.
1. Why would it matter to you?
2. It's just a matter of personal preference.
3. Carbs don't "turn into fat". A sustained caloric surplus is what increases adiposity.

Forget about the nutrition/supplementation of pro bodybuilders; what they do doesn't really have any relation to the rest of us.No brain, no gain.

dude its personal preference. If your cutting for example at 2200 calories and u ate 2300 then your going to need to do 100 calories worth of cardio. If you ate 2200 calories worth, so your total intake for the day and you go do a 200 calorie cardio well now your at 2000... which means youll need to eat another 200 calories before you go to sleep. Do you see where this is going? If you want it to stay in shape for a sport or something then replenish those calories after a cardio session. If you eat 2200 calories and thats your calories for cutting and you do 0 cardio you will notice the exact same results as you would from what I just said above.

Lol brah...I'll try and explain everything as quickly as possible.
Jay Cutler is NOT and probably never was natty lol
Most bodybuilders never do cardio if they try to gain muscle, but do a lot if they want to cut, which is losing fat. The simple reason is because of calories in/calories out.
Carbs are the base of every bulking diet, and are very very important for building strength/muscles. Everybody's required amounts are not the same because of your metabolism, height, weight, LBM and so on.
Hope it's clearI run faster horny than you do scared
