    over training

    I lift, chest/back/legs/shoulders/arms no off days.

    overtraining?
    Bench - 295

    Squat - 375

    Deadlift - 405

    Yeah if you see strenght going up than go on but atleast take one day off you will have much more drive and motivation to hit new pr's.

    every "body" is different so see how you react but one day off a week wont hurt and could possibly help more

    4 days between groups seems fine, take a day off a week though it'll be fine

    Ive had this going for a while now. I made some good gains but they have just stopped, so I think Im gonna switch it up and take an off day every week and keep this schedule going.
    Bench - 295

    Squat - 375

    Deadlift - 405

    A day of rest is for your sake, and to help max your gains, but if you don't see any symptoms of overtraining and you have a diet corresponding to your current routine I don't see a problem here.
