first, imo, you have to be satisfied with your body and comfortable in your own skin. and wether to compete in fitness or bodybuilding, you have to decide what your goal is
misc at work crew don't ever flat bench crew always pick 3 crew
Whether you're prepared to dedicate 100% of your time and are able to be strict when it comes to discipline with training and diet!
